BATHHOUSE
A place to slow down, reconnect, and feel good again. Designed as a social space where wellness is the byproduct — not the pressure. Move between the dry sauna, steam room, magnesium hot pool, and cold plunge. Stay for five minutes or two hours. There’s no right way to do it.

REFORMER PILATES
Two class styles, one focus — strength through movement. Flow builds the foundation with slower, controlled sequences that prioritise form, breath, and stability. Ignite brings more heat — faster pace, more challenge, and a bit more sweat. With over 150 classes a month, you can shift gears whenever you need.
